IN-XS, a Bangalore-based anti-aging and anti-obesity clinic, has introduced
carboxy pen therapy, a US FDA approved treatment modality for fat reduction.
Carboxy pen therapy is safe, simple, painless and an effective procedure for
chronic obesity.
The therapy is also recommended for hyperlipodystrophy, a condition where fat
cells lose their honey comb appearance, becomes multi nuclei constricting blood
vessels and clogging the lymphatic drainage. When such a condition exists in the
abdominal area it is medically dangerous as it is difficult to shed fat and
would lead to many diseases, explained Dr Keerthi Patel.

family welfare who was present at the launch.
Obesity is a silent killer causing cardiac disorders, hypertension and
diabetes. It is considered a serious medical condition.
